Site Preparations Taking Form at 35th and Webb Road
Site preparations are moving quickly on our new, spec-industrial building at 9180 E. 35th Street North in Wichita, Kansas, complete with new drone footage. The footprint of the building took form as we added fill to raise the building up to the finished elevation. We began pouring concrete footings the week of July 9.
We installed the storm water drainage system. Foundation work on the 102,000-square-foot, tilt-up concrete structure begins the week of July 16. Check back then for more updates.
