Work Completed at 35th and Webb
From rendering to reality, we completed work on the spec-industrial building at 35th and Webb. W.A.M. Capital Corp. started work on the nicest industrial building in Wichita in June 2018. We finished the work one year later despite the bitter cold, torrential rain and withering heat of the last six months. This facility is built to last with concrete walls, paving and 102,000 square feet of flooring. The clear-span interior with 100-foot by 31-foot bays stretch from the wall to the support columns. Plus, we made it energy efficient with 100% LED lighting throughout, plentiful windows for natural lighting and occupancy sensors.
