Watch for a new, spec-industrial facility by WAM Capital this year. Designed to be like no other in Wichita, this 102,000-square-foot, tilt-up concrete construction and steel roof structure supports 30-foot tall, clear ceilings and a 100-foot by 31-foot interior for post span maximum flexibility in racking/equipment layouts. It provides great access to Wichita via K-96 and Kansas City/OKC via K-254 and I-35. LEDs light 10o percent of the interior and mirrored double-pane exterior glass make it highly energy efficient. The all-concrete interior and exterior paving will be eight inches thick to handle the highest usage.
